If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the following instructions: - Any purchases made online must be returned directly The Grove Collective. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. - We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
